JamieOS records limited pseudonymous usage data to improve the service. It never records the content of your leadership conversations.
Measure the journey. Do not monitor the person.
JamieOS records limited pseudonymous usage data — which screens you visit, whether you start or complete onboarding, how many leadership sessions you begin, and how long you stay. This helps us understand how the product is used and improve it.
We never record the content of your leadership conversations, your prompts, JamieOS responses, your name, email address, account ID, or IP address. No conversation transcripts. No free-text metadata.
A random browser identifier is stored locally on your device. It is never sent or stored in its raw form. Instead, a server-side keyed hash (HMAC) produces a pseudonymous key that rotates every 30 days. The key cannot identify you without access to our server-side secret.
Raw event rows are aggregated into daily totals and deleted within seven days. We retain only anonymous aggregate totals for longer-term trend reporting. Cohort records (first-seen date only) are deleted after 31 days.
You can turn analytics off at any time, reset your anonymous identifier, or delete all locally stored analytics values using the controls below. Turning analytics off stops all collection immediately.
Our analytics dashboard shows aggregate product usage only. It does not allow anyone to inspect an individual visitor's conversations, journey, or identity.
